A huge thank you to Jason who rang and gave me my options so i could decide and act swiftly.
Especially to James who... spent most of a day retrieving data, setting up my new computer and showing me some new skills.
I am a baby boomer so a bit at sea with IT but thanks to Jason and James I was back on track quickly and feeling a little more empowered.
I had been working on an urgent job and had planned to work through the night and my computer crashed at 8 pm. I nearly needed life support, I googled and found cheapgeeks and filled in the form.
At 8.30 am the next morning I received a call. By 2 pm I was operating again.

He was great. Came over and did an assessment of the laptop and provided his expertise. It was an overall great experience as he explained a lot of details to us. Would highly recommend!! I received the invoice and details the next working day! Super speedy turn around time.read more

After 2 weeks of being given runaround by server Anthony arrived early and steadily worked to get my pc all set up and... fetch working oroperly. Great service, they arrive on time and are quick to get going on your computer and straight into the problems. Friendly service that runs through everything you need to know and is excellent in regards to communication between myself, the customer service specialist and the technician.
